I thought Sen. McCain was against torture. H.R. 2082 Senate vote #22 would bann torture...guess what Sen. Although, I feel many suspects have committed crimes against humanity, they have not been proven guilty by a court of law, furthermore, justice isn't always right. Waterboarding is a cruel punishment in violation of the Bill of Rights. I meant against* in the title.
